"We enjoyed our stay at this older bit very well maintained property. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cool and quiet. We were impressed with the staff, especially Shin I believe his name was. A new employee, kind of tall, maybe Korean? Anyway Shin helped us out so much during our stay and his English is very good. He should be a manager, thank you Shin!"

"This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip. "The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow...
